Billing / Account Issue
- To cancel your membership use the Cancellations form below.
- Billing issues (errors, to update payment info, to make a payment)? Contact the NAC Member Care Team at (800) 992-6024 ext. 1 or via the Billing Company Contact Form.
- If your payment recently declined, please check your text messages or email for an important communication from NAC which includes a payment portal link to allow you to update your billing information and/or make a one-time payment to bring your account current.
Door / Kisi App
- DOOR WON'T OPEN
- Your account may be in arrears (you may have a past due balance). Check your text/email for communucation from NAC concerning your past due balance. You can update your billing info/make a payment through the link sent to the billing account email address on file with NAC. This text/email is sent immediately after a payment attempt fails/declines on the day your payment is scheduled to bill. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see this communication, or contact NAC by phone/email for assistance. You will have access to the door within a few minutes of receiving your payment confirmation. If door access still does not work after making a payment and it has been more than 5 minutes since you made the payment, please contact NAC for assistance.
- Your phone/smart device must be near the reader at the door. You cannot unlock the door remotely (from your vehicle or house).
- Make sure that you give the Kisi app location and bluetooth permissions as both are required to be able to unlock the door.
- Do you have a selfie on file? A selfie is required for your security as well as to prevent "tailgating" at the door and to ensure that no one else can use your membership except YOU. The facility reserves the right to block your access unless/until a selfie is on file. You can email your selfie pic to rachealthcomplex@gmail.com

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested online via the form below.
- Members may cancel for any reason at any time by providing a 30-day notice via this online form to request cancellation. Your 30-day notice is effective on the date you submit your request via the form below.
- Your account/membership must be in good standing (paid current) in order to request cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your cancellation request. If you do not receive an email from us within a few minutes of submitting your request, then your request was not received. Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure that our email acknowledging your cancellation request is not in spam/junk.
- Within a few days after we receive your cancellation request, you will receive a second confirmation email letting you know that we have processed your cancellation request and will advise you of when the final payment of your membership will be. If payment of the 30-day notice is not made, your membership will not be cancelled and you remain responsible for timely payment of your membership dues.
