Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested online via the form below. Alternatively, a cancellation form can be picked up directly at the facility which will contain further instructions on how to cancel via USPS Certified Mail.
Members on a Month-to-Month membership basis (outside of a term) may cancel for any reason by providing a 30-day written notice. If you use this online form to request cancellation, your 30-day notice begins on the date you submit your request via the form below. Otherwise, the 30-day notice will be based on the postmarked date of your letter mailed via USPS Certified Mail.
Members in a term commitment are able to cancel at any time by paying a one-time early termination fee of $199.
